In the Badjarga region of India, two brothers killed their 22-year-old brother over a dispute about the preparation of vegetarian food. According to information from the "NDTV" channel, the mother was present at the time of the crime on November 9 and attempted to cover up the crime, which was committed using a rope.
According to the channel, the victim Anshul Yadav was killed by his brothers, Kuldip and Aman, due to disagreements with brother Kuldip and brother Aman. As reported by the Badjarga police department, all three brothers were found in a state of intoxication when Anshul insisted on purchasing chicken for dinner.
"The conflict over vegetarian food led to Kuldip and Aman strangling their brother with a rope made of strong fiber. According to police representatives, the brothers have been arrested, and a case has also been filed against the mother of the brothers for concealing the crime and committing murder," said Kamaljeet Randhawa from the Badjarga police department.
Following the incident, Kuldip and Aman were hospitalized with their mother, Anita Yadav, reporting loss of consciousness upon their return home. The police began to suspect the mother after discovering traces of a rope around her neck. Anita initially tried to lead investigators astray, asserting that Anshul lost consciousness after returning from a walk.
"The conflict over vegetarian food led to Kuldip and Aman killing their older brother while intoxicated. This was not the first conflict between the brothers. According to human rights assessments, they often had disputes," added the police representative.
It is known that after the conflict, due to Kuldip and Aman's refusal to bring vegetarian food home, the conflict escalated to a new level, which resulted in the brother's murder.
