As a result of a tiger attack, three employees of the Forest Department were injured in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. The incident occurred in a forest not far from Daramangar, where they managed to catch the tiger and place it in a cage. A video recording shows how the three employees of the Forest Department carried the tiger to a cage. It appears that they controlled the animal with sticks and tied its paws.
When the employees approached the cage, the tiger lunged, growled, and attacked a group of Forest Department employees, tearing off their clothing in the moment of confinement. Shortly after the incident, the tiger was captured again and placed in a cage. The injured were taken to the hospital; one of them was placed in an intensive care unit due to a serious condition.
