India accused Pakistan of shelling its territory in the middle of the night on Thursday. Indian military representatives expressed concern over the increasing number of violations of the ceasefire by Pakistan. They emphasized that such provocations pose a threat to the civilian population in border areas and violate the established agreements between the two countries.
